Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (U.S. Domestic): 5–10 business days after order dispatch.
- Canadian Orders: 10–25 business days after order dispatch, with delivery times varying by specific destination within Canada.

- U.S. Domestic Shipments: We primarily use USPS for order delivery.
- Canadian Shipments: We partner with USPS International for reliable cross-border delivery. The final carrier may be adjusted based on the package’s destination, weight, and the selected delivery speed.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. For Canadian orders, the tracking number may only provide updates until the package reaches the destination country’s customs office. Further tracking information can be obtained through the local postal service or the carrier’s international tracking portal.

Lost or Delayed PackagesIf your package is significantly delayed, or if the tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please follow the steps below:
For U.S. Orders
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk, mailroom) to see if the package was left at an alternate location.
- Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to inquire about detailed delivery information.
For Canadian Orders
- First, allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, as customs clearance or international transit can cause unforeseen delays.
- Check with your local postal service or customs authorities using your tracking number—packages may be held due to unpaid duties/taxes or a request for additional documentation.
- Confirm with household members, neighbors, or local delivery hubs (e.g., nearby post offices) for any missed deliveries.
If You Still Cannot Locate Your Package
- U.S. Orders: Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- Canadian Orders: Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (to account for extended international transit and customs processing times).
