Return PeriodWe accept return requests for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date (the date your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier). No refunds will be processed for requests submitted after this window.
Return EligibilityItems must meet all the following criteria to qualify for a return:
- No signs of wear, use, or laundering
- All original tags and labels remain intact and attached
- Original packaging is included and in good condition
Non-returnable items: Final sale products, items explicitly marked "non-returnable", and products excluded for hygiene reasons.
- ExchangesWe do not offer direct exchanges for color, or style changes at this time. To get a different item, please place a new order for the desired product and initiate a return for your original purchase to claim a refund.
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we may, at our discretion, offer a free replacement (if in stock) or a full refund without requiring a new order.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/incorrect items (our error): We cover all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
- Change-of-mind returns (e.g., no longer needed): You are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Note: Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Special Provisions for Canadian Orders
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable.
- For approved returns, we will refund the product’s purchase price (original shipping fees are refundable only if required by Canadian law and the return is due to our error). Duties, taxes, and customs fees are excluded from all refunds.
